The Customer:

One of our customers owns a power generation facility that depends on a continuous supply of high-quality water for boiler make-up water and steam generation. Maintaining precise water chemistry is essential in protecting their boiler tubes and heat exchangers from scale buildup, which can seriously affect efficiency and reliability. The Problem

Before installing the SciBRINE® system, our customer used a manual brine preparation process for regenerating their ion exchange softeners. Over time, this setup created several operational challenges:
